Once upon a time, in a peaceful forest, lived a little fox named Finn. Finn was known for his bright red fur and clever tricks, but deep down, he wished he could be bigger and stronger like the other animals in the forest. One night, while gazing at the full moon, Finn made a wish.
“If only I could be big and strong,” he whispered, staring at the glowing moon.
To his surprise, a soft voice echoed from the moonlight. “Little fox, I can grant you a wish, but remember, not all wishes bring happiness.”
Finn was excited and quickly said, “I wish to be the biggest, strongest animal in the forest!”
The next morning, Finn woke up and found that his wish had come true! He was enormous, with powerful legs and sharp claws. The other animals looked at him in awe, but they also kept their distance. Finn had become so big and intimidating that no one wanted to play or talk to him anymore.
Days passed, and Finn felt lonelier than ever. He missed his friends, the games they played, and the laughter they shared. Realizing his mistake, Finn went back to the same spot and looked up at the moon.
“Please, take back my wish,” Finn begged. “I’d rather be small and have my friends than be big and all alone.”
The moonlight shimmered, and the same soft voice said, “Your heart has grown wiser, little fox.”
The next morning, Finn woke up as his small, clever self again. The animals, seeing that he was back to normal, greeted him warmly, and Finn was happier than ever before. He learned that being himself was the best thing of all.
